The Philippine Political Science Journal (PPSJ) marks a milestone in its history with its inclusion starting in 2008 in the international master list of scientific journals and the Social Sciences Citation Index.
First published in 1974 by the Philippine Political Science Association, the PPSJ has come out as an annual internationally peer reviewed academic journal featuring articles on various aspects of Philippine politics, government and foreign relations.
Committed to continuously updating its academic quality and publishing standards, the PPSJ will soon come out with an electronic version of the journal. As the leading academic journal on Philippine politics and government, the PPSJ will also provide an annual analytical review of the most significant political events and personalities in the country starting in the 2010 issue.
The editorial staff takes this opportunity to thank its many contributors from inside and outside the country and its core of local and international peer reviewers.
